Winery Review: Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo The nose offers regal yeast and richness, while the palate has complexity to prop up apple, citrus and grapefruit flavors. Solid from front to back, with health and freshness.
My Thoughts: The aroma is a nice yeasty pear with hints of citrus. The flavor is a little dry, yet smooth and crisp with a light citrus flavors. I have nto tried many other sparkling wines, but I did enjoy this one.
