Winery Review: It’s created from the finest Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Zinfandel. The taste is lush and velvety with expressive notes of raspberry and cherry. It pairs nicely with pasta and anything off the grill.
My Thoughts: The aroma is a strong butterscotch with hints of fruit, raspberry maybe. The taste is medium dry with a good amount of spice. Hints of berries here as well. The finish is a spicy wooden flavor. I don't generally go for reds but I didn't mind this one. Might try a bottle in the spring when grilling weather sets in.
