Winery Review: This medium rose-colored rosado boasts a spicy red cherry/plum nose with a soft lush attack of red berry fruit flavors and a crisp dry finish. Simple and refreshing and a natural for tapas.
My Thoughts: Scent of berry and cherry, with hints of spice. There is a toasted wooden sort of flavor with mild spice and very little fruit. No real tannin structure, short dry finish with some acid. Some alcohol burn but not as much as i expected from a 14.5% ABV.
