My Thoughts: A depressing amount of bubble in the glass, may have just been the almost empty bottle at the tasting. Smells of strawberries, mixed with strawberries, and a small squeeze of lemon juice. The bubbles magically appear once its in your mouth. Then there is a return of strawberries. Light and tasty with a nice mellow finish. Has a slight sweetness making for a strawberry jam aftertaste.
